ABOUT SAWEC
SAWEC was founded in 2021 in order to address this issue and with the goal of achieving safe water for all. The Safe Water Education Centre is a non-profit organization that visions an India where everyone has access to safe water, sanitation, and hygiene services. SAWEC does so by sensitization, raising awareness, educating society about the importance of safe water practices, and developing skills.
KEY TO SAWEC’S SUCCESS
SAWEC believes the key to its success is its volunteers. They have volunteers from three countries – Canada, India, and USA. All of them are professionals working in IT, Marketing, and Water Sectors who have come together for SAWEC’s mission to empower communities to take control of their own water supply and to promote safe water practices.
